My guess is Form 4 $10k James put up was for OTC Market fee's? So my question
was valid "what removes Yield Sign"?" I was not remotely
concerned with your counter of "The question is what keeps them from being bumped to EM?"

IMO we see filings soon, updated profile on OTC Markets and some News updates.
