The question isn't "what removes Yield Sign"?

Because there are NO INDICATIOS that $VXIT intends to remedy the situation.

The question is what keeps them from being bumped to EM?

According to that page:

Pink Limited: Financial statements for a completed Fiscal Year within the past 16 months.

When a company no longer meets the requirements for Limited Information, it will enter a 15-day grace period. At the end of the grace period, if appropriate disclosure is not publicly available, it will be moved to the Expert Market

Sounds like mid-'24 before OTCM takes any action, but feel free to check my math on that.
