Yeah its kinda flakey sometimes. Check pinksheets.com too although they dont always show the depth.

I use alphatrade for L2 for all pinks...

a little pricy at $43/month but very useful if you are going to invest in pink sheet stocks.

Looks like the site is working normally again now. Gave me a scare this morning I checked RTGV and it said .0014 to .0017! Yikes.
