DBMM was on the OTCQB level before they ran afoul of the filing statutes and the SEC. They were already freely trading in the US for years. DBMM acquired DC in 2012 and didn't have the OIP filed until 2017.

They've been promising "U.S. operations" for YEARS, yet the financials show that they have had no revenue generated here.
