Lol not rocket science?? How times have you been wrong on far more basic questions? OR just post blatantly wrong information? I just asked a question.. Mind telling me what the price per security the offering is at? The filing plainly states it.. Better yet how long A1 the process takes? Or its requirements?
Not rocket science, but doesn't filing for this offering effectively kill any supposed audit they had in process? They can't be having a financial audit and do a offering at the same time or it'll create a huge paperwork mess. But thats also to say they were even serious about audited financials in the first place... which obviously they are not and have been lying to us for the whole year.
Who is going to want to invest in the company with this offering based on unaudited financials that are basically a 'trust me'.
