Perhaps the corporate mission is to confuse their investors into thinking their own failure to find oil lies outside their control?
Confuse them into thinking the company is perhaps "targeted"??
From the company insider's viewpoint, wouldn't that perhaps be a better strategy than having investors being realistic as to where the money has actually all gone???
