Series A Convertible Preferred Stock which would be converted at the holder’s option into approximately 868,264,000 underlying common shares,

Is there not ONE SHMP “investor” to file a class action suit for fraud against this scam ?

Suddenly, the Series A aren’t a one for one, but equal to the whole entire OS
