The latter comes where you claim that selling another 115M shares will dilute the current shares by 50%. Huh? 115M new shares is only 10% of the 1.1B current outstanding count. 115/1100 is about 10% dilution, nowhere near 50%. Where did you get a 50% dilution on issuing 115M new shares?



You gotta pay a bit better attention to understand this.

The article says that if they sell the rest of their authorized shares (which is 600 million; the difference between current outstanding of 1.1B and authorized of 1.7B) they can raise $115M. It does not say if they issue another 115 million shares, which is what you are saying. So yes, 600 million more shares is 50% (more than 50%) of 1.1B. Their $115M estimate is either off (600 million at current share price less discount would be closer to $240M) or they are predicting further price depreciation as the money is raised. It's probably a bit of both, but my cash number would probably be closer to $200M. Either way, you have misunderstood this.
