Ok read the patent application. So I see that the patent application has been filed, published on Aug 3rd 2023 by WIPO, but no patent has been issued yet? is that correct? I see the priority data was filed in the first half of year 2022 in the US? does this mean that a patent could be issued within the next 6 to 12 months for the US?
Sorry but I am not at all familiar with the patent process. I read all the posts about it but still need some clarification.
