I saw a documentary based on the story of a firm much like Hindenburg that was investigating a public company (can't remember the details: wirecard? worldcom? . . .). That one was great as they had actual pictures of the "facilities" the company was over-valuing in their reports; it reminds me of the allegations against the orange man overvaluing his assets.
They documented dilapidated property after dilapidated property after dilapidated property after . . . and they were all abandoned.
We watched the one about Frye last night. Bleeping incredible.
