Who Duffy?? Tried that with the IR number, sent 2 emails also. Sent emails to CTSO who replied they had NO knowledge of Keith Duffy. I was told by SP2 he could give me the Delaware file number for WEIT but I had to pay to get the info. LOLOL
Maybe you should try to find the answer. I remember Bluechipjohn popped off saying he would contacted Duffy to get the answer BUT NEVER DID. Remember that BCJ?
