There is no proof that the FDA has said anything in regards to the cells themselves. As we all know, TSOI's press releases are highly suspect. If FDA has "cleared" P3, however, there should be proof readily available. Funny that they would pump the cell manufacturing, but leave the P3 as hollow as it has ever been.

they licensed the cells to use them .patel should have said something , if TSOI can't manufacture them , or have someone else manufacture the cells. that was what the licensing from JadiCell and Patel was about .

It is a licensing to use that invention . it's not about who manufactures the invention.


what ?? Some of you guys thought that the U of M was gonna do it ?

the principal investigator and leader designation was changed from Ricordi to Veltmeyer for the P3 trial on ARDS . the U of M is out . the cells will be coming in the future from Allogen, as TSOI progresses on w/ P3 TSOI clinical trial.
