Even the most diehard biel shareholder knows that with 24 billion shares outstanding there is nothing that can move the needle on a permanent basis. A sale to the VA might provide a short lived jump in the price per share, but it cannot last. It would provide an opportunity to unload this sad little company with a smaller loss to the individual shareholder. No matter what happens, the longs will have a loss. It is just a question of when to take it for tax purposes. Nuff said.
