It was “obvious” Amarin (JT and Joe Kennedy) didn’t scenario test options if they lost the court case. They should have had the FDC ready to go to cover all and any eventualities. Even if they started the FDC process in 2018/2019 it would be ready by now. I know some people on this board think FDC isn’t worth much, I personally don’t know if it will be superior to existing products but KM was pretty aggressive in his determinations re FDC and it being a game changer. He couldn’t possibly be saying that with such conviction if there was a good chance it would be a commercial failure.
