I'm confident they ALREADY filed it by August 1.

Here's why: There's no CFO to update the filing with a fine tooth comb.

Look at this outdated statement as well: "The 2020 LPC Purchase Agreement will expire on August 1, 2023."

Read the filing. They intend to complete filing now by end of September. I guess Aug 1 was not a frim deadline.

I read the filing. There is other language, for example, that basically says the LPC agreement from 2020 expires on August 1, 2023.

See what I mean? That date already passed but it’s included like it’s future tense. They could’ve still submitted the final Oxy insufflation data but that could’ve occurred after the Q was finalized.
