I read the filing. There is other language, for example, that basically says the LPC agreement from 2020 expires on August 1, 2023.

See what I mean? That date already passed but it’s included like it’s future tense. They could’ve still submitted the final Oxy insufflation data but that could’ve occurred after the Q was finalized.

Date is future tense because these are financials for quarter ending in June. Other major events that take place after June are recorded in the subsequent events section, which is actually excluded from the financials.
