I agree with you. It appears that the FDA will allow a direct to P3 trail for a new indication if it is similar to an approved one. PD based on the existing PDD trial for example.

I think if Anavex was to try a P3 for 2-73 to treat cancer that the FDA would require a P2 first because that is not related to anything that 2-73 has been tested on so far.
