You are very right, Silence is Golden. While the company operates under many NDAs Dr. Lebby has to be very careful what he says and even more careful when shareholders and everyone else might ask him a question about where the company is with development. As we have experienced, he is often very cryptic with his responses to questions. It is very hard not to ask clarifying questions to find out more. Anyone who has is then met with a polite comment which says basicly to wait and see or "We have not given guidance on that yet." These responses are the basis of what Bashers might use to discredit the company. They also sometimes drive us crazy.

You can sometimes learn alot from a children's book. The best example is "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie". It starts with a boy who gives a mouse a cookie then the mouse asks for a glass of milk to wash it down. The boy gives him the glass of milk, then he asks for a straw the to drink the milk. He gets the straw then he asks for a mirror to see his milk mustache and it goes on and on. Each event that occurs results in the mouse wanting something new and an endless series of demands.

Dr. Lebby's audience is not just shareholders. It is shareholders, analysts, investment news reporters, short sellers, traders, the entire technology community, partners and competitors. Answering questions prematurely just leads to more questions which get hyper analyzed here and elsewhere and spun in all kinds a ways good and bad.

Sometimes Silence is Golden.

Please explain what you mean by "until they are able to deliver to meet this anticipated demand."
I thought we were waiting for contracts with foundries where they will do all the delivering to satisfy demand
