I think one class of stock is sold with rights for partial shares (maybe an 1/8?) SAGAR is probably the rights.

The first class of warrants is traded under the symbol SAGAW, the second class of warrants is traded under the symbol SAGAZ, and the third class of warrants is traded under the symbol SAGAU 1.
