It would be great if it does and I certainly think that was always their hope. But they are rolling manufacturing in stages, which is incredibly well planned and carefully frugal. DNDN blew itself up by creating all of its manufacturing hubs in full form, ultimately years before they were approved, which was an extremely costly mistake and is what pushed them into bankruptcy early. They took on immense debt, then had to maintain those facilities and personnel in ready and top form while they worked through their final approval. It was a giant expenditure.
