I worry about Liau’s trips to that region, the security of the NWBO data and facilities. How well protected is the technology from theft. The Chinese have made a more modern society from western technology. A long way from the Cultural Revolution.

That last part would have to assume there's valid evidence of efficacy. Hmm.

The concept of ATL-DC was developed 30 years ago. See https://www.nature.com/articles/s41401-020-0415-5 for some timelines.

Many have been manufacturing these for trials. An Indian company already has one, APCEDEN, commercially approved.

I am not saying this is easy. But it has been around for awhile and many have been doing it.
