Neither of those happened in the 2nd quarter. The quarter ended 45 days ago (roughly). They could put it in there as an event that occured in the meantime, but I wouldn't expect it.

So we have to wait 3 more months for those to show or not show in the Q3 financials.

tg, all this "new" stuff about funding, new Notes, Series A Funding, patents, and Aguilar as COO...happened after the end of 2Q. They have never been good at adding "Subsequent Events" to their filings, for events that happened after the end of the Q, or Annual. IMO.

They could add these "new" events to page 26, Note 9, if they chose to do so...or add a "Subsequent Events" category to their filing template...but don't hold your breath. If we get even a smidge of the "new" stuff in the Quarterly, I'll be surprised.

Baron, if you are reading this, you and Dr. Aguilar should improve the quality of your filing to include the above info, imo.

This isn't said to just be critical, it's constructive, as I too have received constructive criticism which has helped me, and I still need it. hL
