I agree. With these new jobs brings a higher demand for housing. TPT has put themselves in a good position. Kudos to ST3's foresight in this case.

Not a bad idea to secure the land, let the demand build and then let the construction begin. It puts the company and shareholders in a tight spot in the short term but can reward us handsomely.
