And with OTCN now sitting the ask in the 03s, and PUMA lined up behind them, I imagine we'll see that artificial 045 ceiling drop to 04 very soon. We'll know when we see a shift in L2, and by some miracle 3-5 MM's all stack under 04 at the exact same second. Wash+Rinse+Repeat

It would be great if we new where OTCN's shares were coming from. We've traded almost 6X the amount of shares that went unrestricted recently, so I really don't believe that's it; and I think it would be a safe bet to say that at least half of those we've traded have come from OTCN. So where or who are they coming from?
