Since it's kind of an exclusive operation, I imagine they encourage guests to drop a valuable hint or two to make it worthwhile to subscribers.

I would hope not, as that's a security's law violation. FWIW, Missling has given "hints," appropriately, in public-facing situations many times. It's depended on the eye (ear) of the beholder.
