I addressed this nonsense previously -- the reason the pct of institutional is higher for Lightwave as pre-revenue is because their market cap is higher. Index funds buy on market cap, not because they think the stock is better.
IF they liked the stock then why is the pct owned by institutions virtually unchanged in the last 6-9 months?
