I hadn't read that in the regs that MAA submission is dependent upon the latest 10Q satisfying your "guidance standards." Seems NWBO, excluding mandatory disclosure items, should be able to use its business judgment/discretion in determining what is in the company's best interest to disclose or not disclose. You should haunt elsewhere.
