properly exercised their right
to redeem their shares
(and did not withdraw their redemption)
for cash
at a redemption price of approximately $10.97 per share,
for an aggregate redemption amount
of approximately $9,501,728.

Following such redemptions,
as of August 7, 2023,
approximately $5,233,823 was left in trust
and
477,066 Public Shares remained outstanding.
