1) Regarding your target of $0.07, your use of the "Elliot Wave Sequence", and your recommendation to "Load All that you can Now, or Regret !" -- it has been used a basis to "Load or Regret" in the past, when prices were MUCH higher. To those shareholders who took your past advice and now sitting on HEAVY losses, could you elaborate on why the "Elliot Wave" will work for them now? >>

2) GSD has until Monday October 2 to regain compliance with NASDAQ as the GSD market cap is currently WAY under the NASDAQ minimum requirement of $35Mil. Without the that SPAC shell viable, DPLS will be in bigger trouble than they are already. What's your opinion on GSD regaining compliance by Monday? >>

3) On the podcast that Dennis intends to have on October 4, do you expect him to explain the GS Capital lawsuit? The judge will be deciding the fate of the lawsuit the following day, October 5. So far Dennis has lost every motion to dismiss the lawsuit. Don't you agree it would be a good move for Dennis to warn shareholders of the financial consequences of losing that case? >>
