If no, then "timeline door" remains open for a lot of speculation and/or interpreration on what may or may not have occurred since June 30th (yes/no)?

It can, but keep in mind new material information will not be disclosed in the 10Q. There may be minor events (financing, milestones, payments, etc) that you can try to line up some bread crumbs with, but if you're looking for something like a submission revelation, that isn't gonna show up for the first time in a quarterly earnings report.
