I contacted OTC Markets, just to confirm that OTC companies are required to conduct yearly shareholder meetings...

great...im sure you informed them that you think kblb is not having them....what did they tell you?...that kblb is not out of compliance?...is that why all you seemed willing to post was the fact that they said "yup"?...

did you ask them what is the minimum necessary to stay in compliance?...did you ask them what constitutes a quorum?...did you ask if a shareholder meeting has to be conducted in person?...did you ask how shareholders need to be informed of a pending meeting?...

dont come here like a 10 yr old with a secret that everyone already knew...

my guess is you asked more questions but didnt like the answers so you are sticking with the only thing you have left and trying to pretend its a big crime even though you now know better....
