Im not posting lies. Its not my fault you dont know how trading works. If DTCC doesnt issue a failed to deliver the broker has nothing to cover. Why is that so hard to understand? Even if the NSS were somehow magically hidden. Without a FTD issued from DTCC there would be no record of the transaction and no need to cover.
