I’ve waited for 2+ years, so what’s a few more weeks. Lol. I’ll set my sights on GVSI in the near term. I am thankful to have a good position there too. They will all do very well, in time. No doubt.

I can't agree with these added times. They could be just worst case scenario times.

In the transcripts it states that the lawyer immediately sent the over seas packages for service on or about July 20. If these come back failure of delivery there should be no reason to extend the deadline.

This motion could just be a formality and be withdrawn Aug 16
