ByoPlanet is going the IPO route, per Rick.

Highly unlikely imo - if he's serious about milking the public markets for funds he can pretty easily find a better shell.

Alternatively... he can stay private & continue minting $$ if the business is sound, or market the biz to one of the big 'names' (Merck) that were mentioned on this board.
