There were a couple of us that had polite conversations with him, the animals on the OTC that only flip were different. He probably saw the worst scam financiers in Adar Bays and EMA up close in trying to settle old debt. It was a cumulative experience, and in the end, he decided it wasnt for him. No harm, no foul. I believe he and Tad had a good relationship, but they couldn't overcome some issues. So that is why IPO is next.
