Why did the mia have to be granted......oh because toucan needed their own gmp certified cdmo before they could even submit an app. They could have easily chosen an existing gmp certified cdmo. Even if they choose to go the route of internal mfg, it should have been wholly owned by NWBO. I guess in chapter 11 proceedings they can't go after advent since it owned by toucan and Linda fairing powers.
