Another deflection. Figures. You use those so often, it’s sickening.

The point is - you plainly stated that the 30M shares would not be trade-able. When pressed about the last tranche that was “restricted” yet became trade able in a month? You NEVER admitted you KNEW that would almost SURELY happen again with THESE shares!

Instead? You just blithely let everyone believe that they would remain restricted and not dilute the share base.

Good thing SOMEONE here (thanks Stock Barber) let everyone know that;

1. Dilution would most likely occur in almost the same 30 day period. And HE WAS CORRECT.

2. Pointing out that it happened.

You are primarily two things and those two things are obvious.
