ENZC and the insiders don't have any credibility.

ENZC has never conducted any FDA approved clinical trials.

They have been pumping ITV-1 since 1996 and it is still not an approved in any country.

ENZC doesn't own any patents - the 2 patents from 2009 and 2011 belong to The Zhabilov Trust.

The SAGA deal is a joke - Sagaliam can't raise $450M - they couldn't raise $12.5M for the AEC deal.

The CSO had his medical license suspended for operating a illegal pain clinic.

Those are all reasons why the price does down on any news.
