In a nut shell it means that they are limitting the amount of shares that can be traded on the open market... the fewer the shares available the faster a stock will move up or down because there are fewer shares to trade on the open market.... But most often it means the stock will go up and go up faster.
I have posted over the past 5 months each new months share structure in comparision to the previous months... I did not get to it yet and Dallas put it up... the company says, CEO particularly, that there is a lot happening and as it takes place they will put out press releases to inform investors... we also have the 2nd quarter financials that will be posted this month... each of the last 3 quarters has shown significant increases in revenue and this one based on the information that has been made public should be a record quarter.... not only above the previous but year of year.... There has been a lot of loading for the past 3 weeks.... People are anticipating something happening to possibly move this back to the 52 week high of .04 and higher.
