I’ve traded the short term swings a few times with a portion of shares. Did earlier some today actually, gotta love those tax free Roth profits! Have only done that a handful of times over the years though. Now watch, it’ll spike to spite me.
But yes, he should be paid in cash instead of shares from a dilution perspective. Per last cc, I believe he said he would prefer that but that the board hadn’t agreed to it yet?
I still think he is accumulating shares for a reason - just not the reason you think. Lol
