You may be correct on that reason he is not paid all in cash but I believe the reason was that Elite can't afford to pay him all in cash when it needs a $3 million loan from him ?????? Hell man, we know HE IS THE BOARD .... Those 3 elderly men don't tell him what he can or can't do .....

I hope I'm wrong on why he is accumulating shares, but I don't think I am,

And he has an incentive for the stock to stay low in my opinion.

He’s on record saying he won’t take the company private. I saved the recording and transcripts. He would have to be an extra kinda stupid to try that.

He’s a lawyer but no one ever said he was a good lawyer.
