Everyone should read the story of DBMM. Throughout all the ligation with the SEC DBMM prevailed winning against the mighty SEC. Even the Judge presiding in the trial saw right through the SEC case. But something good came out of it. Not only is DBMM free trading again. But its promise to the courts and the SEC that it will abide by the court’s ruling to file on time and be transparent to its shareholders as they have proven by their updates should indicate to the marketplace that they are here to stay and looking forward to showing their shareholders and stakeholders the value of being invested in their company.
