I will suggest that ANY will pay taxes.....
NOW what may happen is the US GOV may tax those( Foreign) incomes based on US TAX rates before they allow those FUNDS TO LEAVE THE USA...........

Who knows right????? Well I guess yet again we will find out just how correct that one is or isn't on several different things
