If you look at Figure 8a 8b and listen to what Poet says about the Light engine and how it interfaces to the Pic and ASIC and then read the quote from Celestial AI how they are building on the optical interposer technology to meet their needs, well it becomes obvious there has to be more than just the light engine relationship.
I do believe the Pic and ASIC are Celestial/ Broadcom designs. Jmho
