JRoon71, maybe I missed something but this was on the table and announced prior to the last proxy vote. 100,000,000 shares. I don't recall all the noise about it then but today, damn, they're lower than a whale turd on the bottom of the ocean and we are being screwed. Why now and not 3-4 months ago. Just checking to see if i missed something.
