There really is no debate, just resurrected talking points that have already been addressed. “methodological issues related to the primary endpoint change“? Please. When you’re using a immunotherapy that.. wait for it.. elicits an immune response which could show up on scans as progression but is actually pseudo-progression then the primary endpoint has to be Overall Survival (the gold standard). So easy a layman could understand.
