Yes, there are companies that do issue shares for various reasons. Companies that are doing well, whose business is thriving and making money, whose share price is rising. Companies that do those things might issue shares to acquire a company, to pay for the cost of a business expansion. Those are GOOD reasons to issue shares.

All one has to do is to look at the record to see that NONE of that is occurring at DBMM.

DBMM has been in business for over 20 years, has never had an operational profit. They are using shares to make shareholders pay for LOSSES!

LOOK. AT. THE. RECORD. DBMM has manipulated the share base MANY times, in order to keep the Authorized and outstanding share bases at levels where they can indiscriminately use shares to keep the company going.

Do start-ups do this? Sure. But ANYONE that calls DBMM a "start-up" after 20 years of operations doesn't have their head on straight.
