1.6B it's a peanuts reward so no appeal would happened. lamberth would do everything to complete this case. it's obvious. and don't forget it's a jurors case, not bench.

Heck, they have unlimited time and resources, bankrolled by taxpayer funding.

While DOJ typically represents the US Treasury when they are the Defendant, here the FHFA is the Defendant.

Who pays the legal fees for the FHFA? The FHFA.

Where does the FHFA get funding? It is self-funded via semi annual draws almost entirely from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

In the Lamberth trial, an Arnold & Porter team of attorneys and massive support staff are representing fhfa, another law firm is representing (aka coaching and prepping Demarco for direct examination and cross), another firm is representing Fannie Mae and another Freddie Mac.

How much in legal fees have the GSE'S paid here? We'll never know! Judge Steele tried to get the list of fellow Shareholders via a FOIA and was denied by the Federal Courts.

Isn't it beautiful how the 4th Branch of Government purposefully hides information from the American People who allegedly are suppose to control the Government?

An appeal from the losing side seems like a given.
