Undoubtedly, the govt. would appeal, if they lose. (Not sure what P's would do).

Heck, they have unlimited time and resources, bankrolled by taxpayer funding.

On grounds? Who cares, they will find something. The (piddly) sum of the award might be fought, the various pre-trial and/or during trial rulings on evidence allowed, you name it.

*IF* this is a win, the $ won't come - plan for a year - and then be happy if it would be less (*IF*)
