I remember when the bio labs were first in the news and it was well after the invasion

That was my memory, but it was wrong. I found a press release, date Feb 25, 2022 that Russians had destroyed 7 of 11 bio labs, in Ukraine, with missal attacks. The invasion started Feb 24, 2022.

The article said nothing about the bio labs being a reason for the invasion.

Another interesting thing is that I've found no reference to bio weapons labs.

I'll keep looking
